What does "cyrquota" alone print ?

First try to repair one mailbox !
If you still have an error for this mailbox, remove its quota file
(somewhere in a "quota" directory)
The corruption of the quota file is note unusual.
Then reset the quota using cyradm and then retry cyrquota -f mailboxname

You can also try to fsck the filesystem.
