Quota warnings with Outlook

We had this same problem.  I can't remember if it was Outlook or another 
email client, but it was exactly what you describe.

We decided to move the quotawarn to 100% (basically turn it off).  I wrote 
a perl script to get everyone's quota at midnight and send out warning 
emails for those over 80%.
