yeah. you are right. it doesn't work now.

[root at mail openldap]# ldapsearch -x -h localhost -D
'ou=Manager,dc=emgbank,dc=com' -W '(uid=shashank)'
Enter LDAP Password: 
ldap_bind: Invalid credentials (49)
