Creating mailboxes and other woes

Hi Jesse,

all mailboxes to which mail should be delivered from the MTA must be
submailboxes of the mailbox "user".

The documentation talks about user.jesse style as "." is the path
separator. However with unix hierarchy style "user.jesse" are not
mailbox/submailbox but is one single mailbox at the top level.
In your case you must create a "user/jesse".
The mailbox "jesse" at the root point of the hierarchy will never
be used to deliver mail automatically.
