Update from Cyrus 1.5.19 to 2.1.16

do/text/install-upgrade:
ctl_mboxlist -u < mailboxes
ctl_cyrusdb -c
There is more in the docs. Read them!
Upgrading from 1.5 to 2.2 took half a day and some 500-odd kB scripts
for about 75GB of mail, not including time needed for copying the data
from our old HPs to the new PCs.

Works, if you don't need virtdomains.
