I would expect this to work as cyrus currently does with lmtp and plus
addressing.  Delivery is attempted to the +detail address, and if that
fails, it is delivered to the INBOX.  In this case, I'd expect us to
accept any valid user (regardless of +detail).

Maybe its worth a config option if people care that much, but then
wouldn't they want lmtp to reject the message too?
