Mailbox is number sequence

Hi all!
I 've try to setup a mail system in which, all mailbox is user 's telephone number. When I populate user mailbox, all of mailbox were stored in /var/spool/q/user/<mailbox>. I want to populate mailbox to another directory according mailbox name but don't know how. I 'v set the value hashimapspool in imapd.conf to true but it was not effect.
Is there any one give me some advices
