SASLAuthD keeps dying.

Are you sure saslauthd is not, somehow, pulling both SASL1 and SASL2 at the
same time (including dynamic modules getting loaded by libc that might pull
in sasl by themselves)?  This could happen because of NSS modules, the LDAP
library itself (which links to either SASL1 or SASL2 to get TLS support)...
