Hi All,

I'd like to announce the release of Cyrus IMAPd 2.1.8 on
ftp.andrew.cmu.edu.  This release fixes a critical locking problem with
the CREATE command that was introduced in 2.1.6 and 2.1.7.  It is strongly
encouraged that any sites which are running these versions
upgrade immediately to 2.1.8.

This release also includes a performance improvement when doing a
cross-partition RENAME, and a bugfix for the rehash script.

Many thanks to Amos Gouaux for his help in tracking the locking problem.
