For sasldb, set 'sasl_pwcheck_method: auxprop' in imapd.conf and use
'saslpasswd2' to add users.

For /etc/shadow, set 'sasl_pwcheck_method: saslauthd' in imapd.conf and
run 'saslauthd -a shadow'
