[GAP] Add groupTypes to cmuconsumer

Hallo Rahul,

it would be useful for me to find in the message written to ActiveMQ
also groupTypes and a few attributes.

I see cmuconsumer is ready to extract attributes.

If I modify source in order to include in messages:
1) groupTypes;
2) the attributes listed in the configuration file,
do you think the amq_ldap_provisioner could survive the schema change in
the message?

Do you think you could review my code in order to merge to main project?
