<div dir="ltr">CMUBDC Community,<div><br></div><div>Three weeks ago, in an effort to enrich our club and strengthen our community, we introduced a <b>process for reviewing and re-hiring coaches</b>. The full process can be reviewed <a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/1IaHdq2WlhU2K8pjOj7u9eHVQu6ipnxO460BRdHBKWN8/edit?usp=sharing" target="_blank">here</a>. Furthermore, we voted to initiate this process and conduct a <b>review of our current Latin and Rhythm coach, Rozana Sweeney</b>. This review, performed via an anonymous Google form, has since been completed and carefully assessed by the Board. </div><div><br></div><div>First,
 we want to thank you for your participation. We are grateful to 
everyone who took the time to share their thoughts. We received 
substantial feedback, and much of it was staunchly positive. However, 
enough concerns were raised that the Board felt it was important to <b>continue the process and formally consider other candidates</b> (in addition to the current coach). <br></div><div><br></div><div>Therefore, we are calling upon our community once again. If you know 
anyone, including yourself, that would be a suitable candidate to serve 
as the Professional Latin and Rhythm coach for CMUBDC, please <b>nominate them via <a href="https://forms.gle/uTATLdR8jYj8UjaZ9" target="_blank">this form</a>.</b> Anyone can be nominated, but please keep the <a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/12e5eJjIslIeBvsKcFwuOCP73F8oSGzWxhqulC6cOBpI/edit?usp=sharing" target="_blank">Instructor Expectations Document </a>in mind when making your selections. <font color="#ff9900"><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">Nominations are due by</span> <b>Friday, May 27th</b></font>. Qualified candidates will then be contacted by the Board for an interview.</div><div><br></div><div>In addition to the nominations, we will also be hosting<b> two General Body Meetings (GBMs) </b>to continue gaining as much input as possible throughout this difficult process. <br></div><div><ul><li>The first will take place on <font color="#ff9900"><b>Thursday, May 26th </b><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">at</span><b> 8:30 pm ET.</b></font> It will be an open discussion focused on our current coach, Rozana. <br></li><li>The second will take place on <b><font color="#ff9900">Thursday, June 2nd </font></b><font color="#ff9900"><span style="color:rgb(0,0,0)">at</span></font><b><font color="#ff9900"> 8:30 pm ET. </font></b><font color="#ff9900"><font color="#000000">I</font></font>t will be an open discussion on all other candidates. <br></li></ul><div>Both meetings will happen via Zoom at this <a href="https://cmu.zoom.us/j/98392448792?pwd=bkdnemgyNFRzU1YyNW9xUVJPSHFWQT09" target="_blank">link</a>. <u>We encourage all members of the CMUBDC community to attend and share their thoughts.</u></div></div><div><br></div><div>Again,
