IN Alice 3 you have to work with the models that are currently in the Gallery, as we have not yet finished the pipeline that will allow you to import models you have created in another tool. The best that I can suggest for building a solar system would be to use the sphere models from the shapes gallery, and either set their color properties appropriately, or import a 2-D image and using it as a texture map for the sphere, adding it to the sphere from the color property of the sphere.
