<DIV style="MARGIN: 0px">None of them had any experience in programming of what went on behind the scene of games they played.</DIV>

<DIV style="MARGIN: 0px">First I showed the 9-10 graders one I had made which illustrated a story they all knew. (monkeys jumping on a bed, etc)</DIV>
<DIV style="MARGIN: 0px">I had made a step by step outline basically the storyboard, and had them replicate the same thing. </DIV>

<DIV style="MARGIN: 0px">Then I had them make their own storyboards based on the same story. They changed characters and actions</DIV>
<DIV style="MARGIN: 0px">Naturally, each one is turning out slightly different. As a result, each story has an individual aspect with different environments, characters, etc </DIV>

<DIV style="MARGIN: 0px">I only have this group 2 days a week for about 1 1/2 hours and it is voluntary on their part. Most of the time I have 8-11 in the class</DIV>

<DIV style="MARGIN: 0px">For next week, I have selected one of the Duke tutorials (The Catch ball with score) and will use the same approach</DIV>
