If for some reason the .mp3 still does not work, save the file as a .wav. </span></li></ul></ul><div><br></div><div>Not all .mp3 files are created equal (created with different codecs and libraries, and it is very difficult for us to keep up with every variation.</div><div><br></div><div>Audacity is a free to download and use sound editor.
