It’s when I would undo having moved his arm that caused it to glitch. Just messing with his arm was fine, but If I moved his arm starting from the torso and then clicked undo, his arm would become invisible. To simply put it, it is a matrix multiplication error that happened when you try to manipulate the object on a very small scale. Due to this error, certain points on the object is placed wrongly, and when reconstructing the model, it is not what it looks like before you moved it.
