From pappafotopoulosd at doversherborn.org Thu Nov 14 10:42:13 2019 From: pappafotopoulosd at doversherborn.org (Pappafotopoulos, Dianne) Date: Thu, 14 Nov 2019 10:42:13 -0500 Subject: alice-teacher graphics error Message-ID: Hi All, Wanted to check on this to see if anyone else is having the same issue. Several of my students are receiving a graphics error every time that they tried to add the "trashpile" object to their sea floor scenes. It prevents her from going on and they can't save or open it without the error. Any thoughts? Dianne Dianne M. We believe that we have fixed it in the latest release of Alice 3.5.0.0. I have been able to add all the trash pile objects to the Sea Floor I am using the MacOS version of Alice 3). If you or anyone still have problems with this version please let us know. If I am remembering correctly, the bug may not have affected all the different trash pile objects, but I may be mis remembering. We are looking forward to hearing from everyone. Did your students get the angry queen and submit a bug to our system? If they did let me know a rough date and I can probably get more details there. What version of Alice are you seeing this in? As Don pointed out, the trash pile has been a known source of problems. It should work better in 3.5, but there may still be issues. If there are, I would like to track them down.
