[Access Lunch] Advice on recruiting locally?

For LAMP, it is about not wanting to officially (or unofficially) appear to
endorse a study. Apparently the library ends up having to get lawyer
approval. I think the same was for BVRS but they weren't totally clear. And
I just haven't heard back from Golden Triangle yet.
