not functioning correctly this morning. For those experiencing problems, you should
be able to dial out, but you are likely not able to receive calls. Some
phone lines that were not working yesterday are back to working order today. So
it appears that the problem is slowly being fixed.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

style='font-size:12.0pt;color:black'>Telecomm understands the urgency of this
problem, and is working closely with Verizon to resolve. There is no
specific timeline for when this will be completely resolved. <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

style='font-size:12.0pt;color:black'>For emergency cases, you may try
forwarding your calls to a cell phone, or you may wish to call your immediate contacts
to let them know that you are not able to receive calls at this time and email
may be best. Otherwise, we are hopeful that this issue will be fully
