[6555-penn] New CMU ID's (for ID's expiring on 9/30/08 only)

All,

It was brought to my attention that Janie over at Warner Hall has
communicated to us that anyone who has a Staff ID that expires on 9/30/08
can go to the Card Office in the lower level of Warner Hall at anyone time
to get a new card.  You do not need to get a new picture taken to get a new
ID.  

**This only applies to those cards that expire on 9/30/08***
